Basement Waterproofing
Discovering water in your basement can be a stressful situation. Once water enters your home, mold and mildew start to grow. A build up of water outside your foundation creates hydrostatic pressure that will lead to structural damage. Whether your basement is suffering from standing water, a leaking crack or high humidity, Lionel Waterproofing has the answer.
We give our customers peace of mind while we help them solve their waterproofing problem. Our waterproofing specialists are trained and experienced in locating the cause of your wet basement. Our basement waterproofing solutions come with satisfaction guarantee and affordable pricing.
Crawlspace
Encapsulation
Lionel Waterproofing has been providing crawl space repair for over ten years. We inspect each home like it is our own. We start by checking the exterior of the home for disconnected downspouts, analyze the grade of the property and look for any signs of foundation settlement.
Drain
Systems
The Crawlspace Interior Drain system (CID) is installed inside the crawl space covering the entire perimeter. When water travels underneath the footing or through the w all our system collects all of the water and carries it to the sump pump. The sump pump then discharges the water away from the foundation, keeping your crawl space dry. After installing the drain we apply our vapor barrier on the floor.
Foundation
Cracks & Leaks
When a home is being built a plumber usually installs both the sewer and waterline without sealing around the plumbing. A sewer or waterline leak could be the root of the problem.
Another cause of water entering your basement could be from cracks on the floor or walls. These foundation cracks show up due to the foundation settling over time. Hydrostatic pressure forces water through these cracks and into your basement. Our waterproofing specialist will inject these cracks completely blanketing the inside of the crack.
