Lionel Waterproofing has been providing crawl space repair for over ten years. We inspect each home like it is our own. We start by checking the exterior of the home for disconnected downspouts, analyze the grade of the property and look for any signs of foundation settlement.

The Crawlspace Interior Drain system (CID)  is installed inside the crawl space covering the entire perimeter. When water travels underneath the footing or through the w all our system collects all of the water and carries it to the sump pump. The sump pump then discharges the water away from the foundation, keeping your crawl space dry. After installing the drain we apply our vapor barrier on the floor. 

When a home is being built a plumber usually installs both the sewer and waterline without sealing around the plumbing. A sewer or waterline leak could be the root of the problem.
